She says that Impact is just mad that she beat up Gail Kim. Blanchard says that they can’t keep Gail safe forever, and she’ll be getting her rematch one way or another.

Alisha Edwards vs. Delilah Doom

The women get started with Edwards getting a headlock on Doom right away. Doom pushes her in to the ropes but gets dropped toe held in to the ropes herself. Doom switches it up with her own drop toe hold in to the ropes on Edwards, followed by a 6-1-9. Doom continues the assault in the corner. She goes for a meteora but is dodged. Tessa Blanchard vs. Taya Valkyrie (Street Fight for the Impact Knockouts Championship)

The match starts out with Blanchard grabbing a steel chair and rushing after Valkyrie as she’s on the stage entering the venue. Valkyrie dodges and starts throwing punches at Blanchard. Valkyrie tosses Blanchard down the ramp and back inside the ring, but as she climbs inside, Blanchard kicks Valkyrie in the head. She stays on Valkyrie with clubby blows. Valkyrie gets to her feet as Blanchard wedges a chair in to one corner of turnbuckles. Blanchard tries to irish whip Valkyrie in to the chair but she reverses in to a german suplex. Valkyire with a few kicks to the back for a quick one count. Blanchard gets dumped outside the ring, and as Valkyrie goes running for a dive, Blanchard wacks her in the head with a large metal sheet. Blanchard tosses a chair in Valkyrie’s face and then connects with a running basement dropkick that bounces the chair off of Valkyrie’s head once more.

Valkyrie is able to get in some shots and returns with a metal sheet shot of her own to Blanchard’s head. Valkyrie grabs a beer from an audience member nearby and tosses the remnants in to Blanchard’s face. She then comes off the barricade with a springboard attack, but Blanchard has it scouted and connects with a kick to Valkyrie’s stomach. Blanchard maneuvers the open chair around Valkyrie’s head and then bounces it off of the steel ring post. She then grabs some cords from the outside area and chokes Valkyrie with them. Blanchard rips Valkyrie’s shirt off and spits on it. She charges after Valkyrie for a spear but Wera Loca avoids it and Blanchard’s head impales the steel chair that was wedged in to the turnbuckles earlier. Valkyrie follows it up with a series of strikes, a clothesline in the corner, and a meteora on a sitting Blanchard. Valkyrie sets up the metal sheet in between Blanchard’s legs, grabs herself a steel chair and then proceeds to wack the steel sheet in to Blanchard’s groin area like it was golf. Valkyrie goes for the Road to Valhalla but Blanchard reverses and regains control.

Blanchard puts Valkyrie’s head back inside the chair and stomps away at it. Blanchard looks crazed and goes to the outside of the ring to retrieve numerous chairs. She climbs back inside the ring with the chairs and climbs to the top rope. Valkyrie is able to meet her on the top rope and ultimately samoan drops her on to a chair as we go to commercial. Back from break, both women are winded but they’re trading forearms back and forth. They actually end up sitting down in the chairs and chap at one another’s chests. Valkyrie grabs a chair and boots it in to Blanchard’s face for a close 2 count. Blanchard with two separate spears on Valkyrie in to a large canvas set up in the corner for another close 2 count. Blanchard pulls out a legitimate table from under the ring and sets it up horizontally in one corner of the ring. She places Valkyrie’s body across the table and climbs to the top rope, however, Valkyrie pops up and shoves Blanchard down to the outside. She jumps down from the top with a splash on Blanchard, tosses her back in the ring, and receives a 2 count. Valkyrie gives Blanchard a knee to the face and then a double stomp through the table for the pin.

Josh is in the ring and introduces Tessa Blanchard and Taya Valkyrie for a face to face interview leading into their Knockouts Title Match at Homecoming. Taya tells Tessa what she did at Bound For Glory was very creative, but knocking the ref out in their second match was cheap. She says a bunch of stuff in Spanish, and says she’ll be all over her at Homecoming. Tessa says the only way Taya would know how a champion acts is by watching her husband, and he’s not even too good at that. Taya has always been just a challenger here, and she always talks about chasing her dreams, and that makes her no different than the people, because she’s a loser. So Tessa grabbed the apron or hit a ref, she’ll walk out the door with the title if she wants to, but at Homecoming, Taya will have to take it from her, and that’s something nobody has been able to do. Josh asks for decorum, then says there’s another reason they were brought out here: Impact management decided to add a stipulation to this match, specifically a guest referee. Josh motions to the apron, and introduces Gail Kim as the special referee at Homecoming.

Tessa Blanchard is backstage saying she respects Gail Kim, and Gail inspired her to get into the business, but that doesn’t mean that she won’t run right through her if she gets in her way at Homecoming.

Moose goes on to say how he’s gonna give Tessa Blanchard the world but he’ll start with a victory tonight. Moose says he’s the real Mr. Impact and a legend.

Tessa Blanchard & Moose vs. Johnny Impact & Taya Valkyrie

The match begins with Moose trying to get a good luck kiss from Tessa. While he’s distracted, Johnny rolls him up with a schoolboy pin for the 2 count. Moose hits Johnny with a couple knee strikes before being arm dragged down to the mat by Impact. Johnny keeps it up with a heel kick to Moose’s face. Blanchard gets tagged in and her and Valkyrie go face-to-face. Multiple reversals result in Taya hitting a few kicks and an arm dag to throw Blanchard in to the corner turnbuckles. Taya hits a running clothesline and a loud kick on Tessa in the corner. Valkyrie with a headlock takeover and a kick to the back of Blanchard’s head. Taya taunts on the apron and Moose tries tackling her off. Impact uses a springboard shining wizard and a corkscrew plancha to the outside on Moose. Blanchard bends Taya’s arm behind her back in a nasty-looking armbar. More clubby blows from Blanchard to Taya’s back. Tessa ties Valkyrie up in her buzzsaw hammerlock ddt hold but Taya reverses and is able to dodge as Blanchard goes shoulder-first in to the ring post.

The men get tagged back in and Impact is first to gain the momentum, delivering some strikes and a flying heel kick, and then following it up with a running knee to Moose’s face. He even hits a standing shooting star press for a 2 count. Impact drags Moose to the corner and attempts Starship Pain but Moose rolls out and hits a big boot on Impact’s face. Johnny is thrown in the corner and Moose tries for the Go To Hell, but Impact reverses with a hurrincanranna that sends Moose flying. Impact tries for another headscissor attack but Moose turns it in to a powerbomb and a running senton splash for a 2 count.

Moose tries to follow up with his finishing spear but Impact leap frogs it, hits a beautiful superkick, and a rolling neckbreaker for a very close 2 count. Moose’s foot got on the rope at the last second! The women get tagged in and Valkyrie gains immediate control, tossing Tessa in to the corner and hitting her with some clotheslines. Valkyrie with a stink face splash on Blanchard, followed by a meteora in the same corner. Winner: Tessa Blanchard

Tessa gets on the mic and calls out Taya Valkyrie, saying Taya calls her every name in the book and comes up with every excuse as to why she’s not Knockouts Champion. Tessa says to put it simply, she is the Knockouts champion because she is better than Taya! She says that Valkyrie is only popular because of her relationship with Johnny Impact. This causes Taya to run out and scare Tessa down the ramp. She says that she is indeed Johnny’s wife but she’s also Wera Loca. Taya says that their Knockouts Title rematch will take place at Impact Homecoming.
